Peter and Paul Okoye were born in Jos, Plateau State where they grew up with their elder brother Jude Okoye.
P-Square originally hails from Ifite Dunu, Anambra State, in the southeastern part of Nigeria.

Josephine Okoye and Pa. Moses Okoye are P-Square parents. Their siblings are Jude Okoye, Mary Okoye, Tony Okoye, Lilian Okoye, and Ifeanyi Okoye.
They draw inspiration from their music idol Michael Jackson, which inspired them to start break dancing and formed
