Lee and Me: A Southerner’s Reckoning with the Myth of the Lost Cause, is a 2021 book by former US Army Brigadier General Ty Seidule. The book began as a speech that Seidule gave in 2017 at his alma mater, Washington and Lee University.
He delivered the lecture in the Lee Chapel, situated just above Lee’s burial site. To this day, many in the US South and elsewhere regard Robert E.
