DESPITE a slumping national real-estate market, Manhattan is still posting big sales numbers.
Two non-combined apartments totaling 17 rooms have traded at 1060 Fifth Ave. for $46 million. Writer Georgia Shreve sold them to hedge-fund manager Scott Bommer and his wife, ex-Philadelphia news anchor Donya Archer Bommer.
Meanwhile, The Post's Braden Keil reports the Bommers just sold their 12-room apartment at 1040 Fifth Ave. to developer Jeff Blau for $21 million.
