This is a difficult book to review, because it is such a patchwork of materials that don't normally come together in one book, viz.-
a) physics
b) religion
c) random pictures
d) poetry.

I can, however, review the writing of it.
Firstly, Mr Bray seems to have a wonderfully flattering idea of the capacity of the average reader. I wonder if Mr Bray has ever met anyone with average (IQ of 100) intelligence.
His cheerful assertion at the beginning of the book that ordinary, non-physicist types could follow his work seems to me to be completely unfounded. Mr Bray should reassess this bearing in mind the tiny minority of physicists as against the number of people who are a) too stupid, b) insufficiently educated, or c) educated
